Six types of teacher
When you first start high school, you have no idea what you are getting yourself into, what type of people you will meet or what types of teachers you will have. Teachers transfer their learning to you, expanding your mind with their knowledge. The joy of the class often depends entirely on the them. All of those teen movie that you have watched in the past gave you a completely wrong perception of what real high school is all about. U cannot choose what teachers you want to teach you. So you just have to deal with them. So here are the different types of teachers at high schools:
THE ‘I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT I’M DOING HERE” ONE
In each high school there is at least one teacher who is not capable of teaching their subject and transferring all of the information into the student’s brains. A teacher that can't teach might be one of the types of teachers you will have so when you do have the pleasure of having them, make sure to do a lot of self studying if you want to pass the class!
THE LAZY ONE
Kinda similar to the one that I mentioned before. She sits at her desk most of the time, tells you to read your textbook and take “notes”. Yeah…..of course. If there are problems in the class, she does not really care and just talks from her desk. So you gotta do everything on your own.
THE TOO-CHALLENGING ONE
This type of teacher is the one who makes everything four million times harder than it needs to be. Your subjcet isn’t the only one at school so stop making it the most important. Gosh… But there’s the other side of the coin, it is completely worth going through the difficulty of the class as you get extra-prepared for matura! (sounds better now, huh?)
THE “FUNNY” ONE
This teacher thinks he’s the funniest person on the planet, when truthfully his jokes suck. But bad jokers are definietly better than the strict ones . Remember, they try to provide a bright environment in which students can learn a subject in a very entertaining way.
THE ONE WHO PICKS FAVORITES
Last but not least (definietly the most annoying one). This is something that teachers shouldn’t do but obvioulsy most of them do this. It’s not the most righteous thing to pick your fav kid in the class (unless you’re the kid). They treat them differently in comparison to everyone else. What could be worse than this?
THE IDEAL ONE
An ideal teacher is the one we respect from our heart. He/she acts as a guide to the students, while not pushing them too much. Such a perfect motivates them and boosts their morale. He/she tries to encourage the students and refrains from criticizing them. This types combines both the guidance of a teacher and the understanding of a friend. We all, at some point of time, aspire for an understanding teacher. Such a teacher acts like our friend, philosopher and guide.
Ah teachers, we love them. Sometimes we hate them, but high school is mainly about expanding your education, but it is also about social interactions with students and teachers. Teachers are humans too (trust me, they are) and they make mistakes. And if you thnik that this one teacher ruined you day rember that we students are little unbearable creatures that can ruin teacher’s day too. I truly believe that there’s at least one teacher that has been your favorite, one that has touched your life, changed you irrevocably.
